DeMarini bars are the only aluminum bars made in the US from one of the highest performing and most durable alloys known to motocross, Alcoa Alcalyte CU-31 alloy with a tensile strength of 82,000 lbs.. Other handlebars are made from 7075 aluminum (73,000 lbs.) or 6061 aluminum (50,000 lbs.). The patented X-Flex Cross Bar System allows the racebars to absorb energy, reduce vibration and arm pump. Each bar is roto blasted with a steel shot and treated with R5 bright dip anodizing, making a super tough surface that doesn't scuff or scrape.
